CHC43015 – This qualification reflects the role of support workers who complete specialised tasks and functions in aged services; either in residential, home or community based environments. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management:
  • Must be 18 years old or above
  • Completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent

Successful completion of Certificate IV in Ageing Support may give the learner the opportunity to further their studies to Diploma of Community Services (Case Management).
